The W.L. Mellon Society was created in 1997 to honor the business school’s founder, William Larimer Mellon. Modeled after his vision and generosity, the W.L. Mellon Society recognizes alumni and friends who continue his tradition of philanthropy at the leadership level.

Beginning July 1, 2017, in collaboration with Carnegie Mellon University's Andrew Carnegie Society, membership for the W.L. Mellon Society will be $2,500. Membership is renewable annually with a gift of $2,500 or more to the Tepper School. Donors who made a gift of $1,000 prior to June 30, 2017, will still be recognized as W.L. Mellon Society members in the 2017-2018 academic year. For more information about this transition, please visit the Andrew Carnegie Society's Frequently Asked Questions.

Company matching gifts that increase your total fiscal year gift to $2,500+ qualify you for membership in the W.L. Mellon Society.
